Gainsight is seeking a full-time AI Product Manager to join the Product team, reporting to the CTO. This remote role in the USA focuses on embedding with strategic customers to deploy Atlas end-to-end—from technical setup to business case and renewals.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Support, Services, and Renewals to drive successful deployments, ROI, and renewal outcomes, balancing ambiguity with clear leadership.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience with technically complex, integration-heavy software.
• Exceptional relationship and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with AI native services, distributed systems, databases, training ML models, RAG, and LLMs.
• Hands-on technical fluency: data modeling, APIs and connectors, authentication and DNS fundamentals, and enough comfort with SQL or spreadsheets to build and defend an ROI model yourself.

Responsabilités

• Deploy Atlas in customer environments: own engagement from discovery through full scope delivery.
• Define and document implementation requirements for each account, validated against customer data/workflows.
• Own blockers across support, engineering, and the customer's IT.
• Lead technical implementation of Atlas agents inside customer tenants: data mapping, connectors, and authentication setup.
• Support rollout of AI agents alongside an AI native services team.
• Own roadmap prioritization of each deployment and reconcile with broader requirements.
• Build and defend ROI models and value narratives for each account.
• Run go/no-go reviews on new opportunities and pricing for deployments.
• Lead renewal reviews and outcome-based conversations.
• Document learnings and configurations for future deployments.
