Job summary

Gainsight is seeking a full-time AI Product Manager to join our Product team reporting to the CTO. This remote role based in the USA focuses on embedding with strategic customers to own deployments end to end, from technical implementation to business case and renewals.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Support, Services, and Renewals, driving ROI and value narratives. You’ll define requirements, manage blockers, build ROI models, and lead go/no-go decisions while shaping the roadmap with

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of product management experience with technically complex software
• Exceptional relationship and communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Experience with AI native services, distributed systems, databases, training ML models, RAG, and LLMs
• Hands-on technical fluency: APIs, connectors, authentication, DNS fundamentals, and basic SQL/spreadsheet ROI modeling

Responsibilities

• Deploy Atlas in customer environments
• Own the customer engagement from discovery through full scope delivery
• Define and document implementation requirements validated against customer data
• Lead technical implementation of Atlas agents inside customer tenants
• Collaborate with services teams for deployment and pricing decisions
• Own roadmap prioritization for each deployment
• Build and defend ROI models and present to customer leadership
• Lead renewal reviews and renewal workflow design
• Document learnings and ROI frameworks for future deployments
