Harris Computer is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic company-wide initiatives, including cloud migration and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate R&D, Customer Success, and Operations teams, acting as Scrum master for development teams and guiding sprint ceremonies.

You will report to the VP of Research and Development and drive timely delivery, clear stakeholder communications, and smooth production releases while managing risks and budgets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management in software/tech environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage company-wide strategic projects from planning through execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Customer Success, Operations, and Engineering.
• Serve as Scrum manager for development teams and facilitate ceremonies.
• Coordinate production release cycles and track deployment tickets.
• Develop communication plans for major projects and provide stakeholder updates.
• Maintain timelines, roadmaps, and executive-status reports.
• Track metrics, manage budgets/resources, identify risks and mitigation.
