Harris & Harris is seeking a Sr. Implementation Project Manager to join its Information Technology team in a role that may be remote or hybrid from Chicagoland. You will guide client integrations with Harris collection systems, oversee development and testing, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

The position emphasizes clear communication, problem solving, and managing multiple projects while ensuring schedule adherence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in technical or application support.
• Experience with implementations and data transfers.
• Proficient Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular project team meetings with internal and client resources.
• Communicate progress and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
• Manage project plans and task checklists to meet schedules.
