Job summary

dormakaba International Holding AG is seeking a Major Projects Project Manager to oversee projects from Modernfold sales to execution, ensuring schedules and budgets are met. The role requires coordinating with installation teams, subcontractors, GCs, and internal departments, maintaining ISO processes, and driving continuous improvement across major projects.

Qualifications include a bachelor's in business or 5+ years PM in construction, strong CAD reading and proficiency with Autodesk Forma

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience in PM in construction.
5+ years of project management experience in building/construction industry.
Ability to read CAD drawings and use construction PM software.

Responsibilities

Maintain project schedules and milestone reporting.
Coordinate installation team schedules with input from supervisor.
Lead Major Project weekly review meetings.
Review and approve invoices and submit monthly progress reports.
Coordinate shipping, subcontractors, and LEED/ISO compliance as needed.
Prepare quotes for distributors and communicate with internal teams consistently.
