HII Mission Technologies is seeking a remote Project Management Analyst to support the STINGRAI program. The role involves project tracking, financial analysis, and coordination across a fast-paced government contracting environment, with emphasis on detail and prioritization.

The position requires organizational acumen, DoD project management awareness, and the ability to work both independently and within a cross-functional team while maintaining alignment with program goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 1 year with Master's in related field.
• 7+ years relevant experience if only High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Review and track project and budget status for STINGRAI, manage schedules, and prepare status reports.
• Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and support intervention and problem-solving efforts with project managers, line managers, and customers.
• Oversee and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing STINGRAI projects, serving as a liaison between project management, planning, the project team, and leadership.
• Assist in developing contract-required products, including technical direction plans, rough-order-of-magnitude pricing, and management of the risk register.
