Qualifications

• 4+ years with Bachelor's in related field; 2+ years with Master's; or 8+ years with High School Diploma in related field.
• Experience as a Project Manager or similar, preferably in defense/government contracting.
• Knowledge of defense industry practices, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Experience managing multi-year contracts with >$20M annual revenue and multiple projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with clients and teams at all levels.
• Organizational and time management abilities; delivering projects within constraints.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources across projects to optimize productivity.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and mitigation strategies; manage budgets and reporting.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures and ensure contract compliance.
• Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team of project managers, engineers, analysts, and others.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and monitor milestones; report to stakeholders.
• Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulations.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and best practices.
• Additional duties as assigned or required.
