Job summary

Spectraforce is seeking a Project Lead, Scientific Communications and Training – Medical Affairs. This role develops disease-state, product, and treatment-landscape content and delivers training to Medical Affairs colleagues remotely in a 1-year assignment.

Responsibilities include creating engaging, scalable training experiences, aligning with global and US Medical Affairs, and maintaining current clinical evidence. Advanced scientific credentials and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific, medical, clinical, or health-related degree required.
• Preferred credentials include PharmD, PhD, MD, RN, RPh, or another advanced qualification.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in Medical Affairs or related roles.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical Medical Affairs practices and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of scientifically accurate medical content.
• Apply adult-learning principles to create scalable training experiences.
• Partner with Medical Affairs leaders to identify knowledge gaps and plan content.
• Establish curricula and competency assessments for Medical Affairs colleagues.
• Manage content and training initiatives from planning through delivery.
