This role partners with Medical Affairs leadership to translate complex clinical evidence into engaging educational resources, applying adult-learning principles and managing multiple deliverables from planning through

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific, medical, clinical, or health-related discipline.
• PharmD, PhD, MD, RN, RPh or equivalent advanced degree.
• Typically 2–5+ years in Medical Affairs, scientific communications, training or related pharma/biotech roles.
• Knowledge of regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements in Medical Affairs.
• Ability to critically evaluate literature and communicate findings clearly.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver scientifically accurate medical content and training materials.
• Create engaging educational resources (slides, modules, infographics, videos).
• Apply adult-learning principles to design scalable training (workshops, webinars, e-learning).
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify gaps and plan content.
• Establish learning objectives, curricula, and assessments; manage projects end-to-end.
• Maintain current knowledge of therapeutic areas, products, evidence, guidelines, and compliance.
