The Project Lead, Scientific Communications and Training – Medical Affairs at The Fountain Group will oversee development and delivery of scientifically rigorous content and training for Medical Affairs colleagues. The role partners with Medical Affairs leaders to prioritize deliverables and translate knowledge gaps into actionable training plans.

Responsibilities include creating disease-state and treatment-landscape resources, employing adult-learning methods, and delivering engaging content

Qualifikationen

• Advanced scientific/medical degree required.
• Credentials such as PharmD, PhD, MD, RN, or RPh preferred.
• 2–5 years in Medical Affairs, scientific communications, or related role.
• Working knowledge of regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and delivery of scientifically rigorous content and training for Medical Affairs.
• Create disease-state and treatment-landscape resources and provide training to Medical Science Liaisons.
• Develop and deliver content across slides, modules, infographics, videos, and blended formats.
• Apply adult-learning principles to create scalable training experiences.
• Identify knowledge gaps with stakeholders and translate them into content and training plans.
• Manage content and training initiatives from planning to delivery with quality control.
