Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Project Lead, Scientific Communications and Training in Medical Affairs to design and deliver scientifically rigorous content and training for Medical Affairs colleagues. You will develop disease-state, product and field-facing resources and train Medical Science Liaisons across the aesthetics portfolio.

You will partner with global and US Medical Affairs leaders to assess capability needs, prioritize deliverables, and deliver meaningful scientific content.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific/medical/health degree required.
• Preferred credentials include PharmD, PhD, MD, RN, RPh or related advanced qualification.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in Medical Affairs or related roles.
• Knowledge of regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements in Medical Affairs.
• Strong ability to translate complex literature into audience-ready content.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of scientifically accurate medical content for disease states and treatment landscapes.
• Apply adult-learning principles to create scalable trainings and modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and plan content.
• Establish objectives, curricula, and assessments for Medical Affairs colleagues.
• Manage content and training initiatives from planning through delivery with quality control.
