Randstad USA is seeking a remote Medical Education Content Lead to design, develop, and execute high-impact educational content for field Medical Science Liaisons across a premier aesthetics portfolio. This contract role offers 100% remote flexibility and requires advanced scientific credentials with 2–5 years in Medical Affairs or related fields.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex scientific data into clear, audience-appropriate materials.
• Experience applying adult-learning principles to create scalable training paths.
• Strong track record coordinating multiple stakeholders and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead creation and delivery of scientifically accurate medical content for HCPs (slides, infographics, digital resources).
• Develop interactive training pathways (workshops, virtual webinars, podcasts) using adult-learning principles.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and build curricula.
• Create and assess objective learning assessments and analyze data to optimize impact.
• Manage multiple end-to-end training initiatives, tracking timelines and ensuring compliance.
