Job summary

Nei-Electric-Power-Engineering, Inc. seeks a Project Manager – Team Lead to oversee a team of Project Managers and Coordinators on electrical substations, transmission lines, and related studies.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors while traveling to client sites as needed. The role supports both remote and Lakewood, CO work arrangements and offers a competitive Denver-market salary.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional project management experience.
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, project management, construction management, or relevant field.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CPM scheduling, and Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Superior communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills with clear project plans and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manages, oversees, and provides guidance to Project Managers, Associate Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
• Reviews, develops, and manages engineering schedules, budgets, scope, and subcontractors.
• Manages collection, organization, and filing of all project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Leads project status update meetings with clients and reports on engineering progress.
• Ensures project quality control and customer satisfaction through review coordination of deliverables.
• Coordinates with EPC contractors, subconsultants, utilities, and clients for contract terms and deliverables.
