Job summary

NEI Electric Power Engineering seeks a Team Lead to manage engineers in the P&C Utility Substations group which focuses on utility projects. The position offers a competitive salary of $100,000 - $150,000 per year and is open to both in-office and remote candidates.

Responsibilities include leading design efforts, mentoring team members, and ensuring project quality. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant engineering or field experience.
• FE licensure required; PE preferred.
• Knowledge of voltage distribution above 240kV.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers, drafters, and technicians.
• Lead design and implementation of electrical engineering scopes.
• Promote and implement internal processes for efficiency.
