Job summary

STG Pacific LLC is seeking a Project Estimator to identify bidding opportunities, prepare detailed cost estimates, and manage preconstruction estimating activities for Alaska projects. You will lead quantity takeoffs, labor and material pricing, and subcontractor quote evaluation, collaborating with Project Managers to align estimates with budgets and schedules.

The role is U.S.-based remote with preference for Alaska, Washington, Oregon, or California and requires travel up to 15% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction required.
• Four (4) years of related project management or estimating experience required.
• Experience with budgets, cost estimates, and project financial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Identify bidding opportunities with Business Development and Project Management.
• Prepare complete cost estimates including quantity takeoffs, labor, materials, and equipment.
• Review all estimates for completeness and accuracy.
