Job summary

Tikigaq Federal Services, LLC is seeking a Project Manager / Estimator in Anchorage to lead construction projects and provide estimation support. The role requires travel to remote Alaska locations and expertise in Alaska logistics, barge, air cargo, ice road, and overland delivery.

The project manager will manage government and commercial contracts, including billing, negotiations, scheduling, and progress tracking, while upholding safety and quality standards across teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 5+ years PM/estimating experience on construction contracts, including government work.
• Ability to obtain base access and pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction contracts (federal, state, tribal, and commercial) including billing and negotiations.
• Travel to remote Alaska sites to oversee work and coordinate logistics.
• Develop work plans, schedules, and progress tracking; ensure safety and quality compliance.
