Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales division is seeking a Manager, Project Engineering for a remote role supporting the Central Region. The role leads the Project Engineering team, coordinates with Field Sales, and ensures efficient workload distribution across the Central Region.

Preferred candidates reside within Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kansas, or Ohio; 5+ years in sales/project management; PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, customer service and/or project management experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Relocation not available; candidates must reside within Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kansas, or Ohio.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration petitions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the technical team of Project Engineers.
• Distribute workload and address training needs.
• Serve as escalation point for technical and commercial issues.
• Communicate with internal partners and external customers regarding pricing and support.
• Promote Project Management capabilities to customers, distributors, and sales.
• Identify process improvements and document revised processes.
