Job summary

International Rescue Committee (IRC) is hiring a Project Director, Virtual Services to lead national virtual resettlement programs and advance ALMA, the AI-powered virtual assistant, across the U.S. You will drive strategy, program design, partnerships, and outcomes with a distributed team.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 5–7 years in refugee resettlement or related fields, with strong management and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Extensive program management experience and ability to scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and scale national virtual program portfolios.
• Provide strategic oversight and interagency coordination.
• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on program outcomes with a data-driven approach.
• Develop grant proposals and manage donor requirements.
