Job summary

International Rescue Committee in the United States is seeking a senior leader to lead and scale virtual resettlement programs that serve refugees nationwide. You will oversee ALMA, an AI-powered virtual assistant, shaping product strategy and driving adoption across the organization.

This fully remote role sits in IRC's Resettlement, Asylum and Integration Department. You will manage dispersed teams, budgets, compliance, and partnerships while reporting to the Senior Director of Resettlement.
