Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a detail-driven Project Data Entry Specialist for a 3-month contract. The role focuses on data entry, milestone maintenance, and portfolio tracking to keep project trackers accurate and reporting-ready.

Remote work is offered within US time zones ET, CT, or MT. Expected schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CT, with a November start date and required Excel/Computer Literacy assessments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of dedicated data entry, project coordination support, administrative experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to pass an Excel assessment before placement.
• Must complete and pass Excel and Computer Literacy assessments prior to placement.
• Familiarity with basic project terminology (milestones, risks, issues, status) preferred.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Milestone & status maintenance: track, input, and update project milestones, target dates, status updates, risks, issues, and actions.
• Structured tracker management: update and reconcile datasets within Excel and internal templates.
• Portfolio intake & processing: review and process incoming project updates and change requests.
• Reporting preparation: audit data for accuracy and prepare for executive/portfolio reports.
• Ensure data quality and integrity with minimal discrepancies.
