Ready Contractors, Inc. is seeking a meticulous Remote Data Entry specialist to join our team, providing accurate data entry and maintaining data integrity from a home-based setup.

You will input data from multiple sources, run checks for accuracy, and generate reports while upholding confidentiality. The role requires strong English communication, excellent typing, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a data entry, data clerk, or similar administrative role.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a high level of attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• The ability to work independently and maintain focus in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with the construction industry would be considered an advantage but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update data from various sources into our company’s databases and digital systems.
• Perform regular checks to verify data accuracy and completeness, ensuring it aligns with source documents.
• Identify, review, and correct any data errors or inconsistencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain and manage electronic filing systems to ensure information is organised and easily accessible.
• Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as requested.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive company and client information.
• Assist with other administrative and data management tasks as required to support the team.
