• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Strong organizational and task management skills.
• Comfortable working with large datasets across spreadsheets and client systems.
• Able to perform repetitive, detail-heavy work accurately.
• Reliable internet and distraction-free workspace.

Responsibilities

• Entering information into client spreadsheets, databases, CRMs, and other software systems accurately and on time.
• Updating existing client records with new, corrected, or missing information.
• Reviewing records for missing information, duplicates, formatting issues, or other errors before and after updates.
• Copying information from one system, document, or spreadsheet into another accurately and completely.
• Keeping client spreadsheets, records, and software system data organized, accurate, and up to date.
• Following client-specific formatting, naming, and data-entry processes.
• Preparing status reports, data summaries, and other recurring updates for clients as needed.
• Using AI-powered software tools to complete work faster and more accurately.
• Following established processes to deliver consistent, high-quality data support.
