Capasso Enterprises Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. This full-time, remote position is based in Middletown and offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to build foundational administrative and data management skills within the construction industry.

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining project, client, and operational data across our systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel and Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with construction industry terminology is a plus.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software preferred.
• Prior remote work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and software systems
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entry
• Maintain organized digital records for projects, clients, and vendors
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative documents
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in existing data
• Prepare and maintain reports as requested by management
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely data updates
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information
• Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets
• Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards
