Job summary

Corps Team seeks a highly organized Project Coordinator for a 6‑month contract. This fully remote role allows periodic onsite trainings in Jupiter, FL, and requires coordinating between customers, sales, engineering, operations, and supply chain to ensure successful order execution and project delivery.

Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and specifications, scheduling, documentation, and maintaining proactive customer communication.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of project coordination or order management experience.
• Experience with engineered products or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of project execution from order receipt to completion.
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and documentation.
• Serve as primary liaison between customers, sales, engineering, operations and supply chain.
• Support quotation activities and post-order sales support functions.
• Monitor status, risks, and milestones and communicate with customers and internal teams.
