Job summary

Take2 Consulting, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator with a Secret clearance to support high-visibility efforts from planning through execution. The position is remote, but may require you to go onsite at Fort Meade, MD once or twice a quarter.

You will work with customers and rotating site POCs to manage engagement, schedule meetings, prepare briefing decks, update dashboards, and maintain artifacts across SharePoint lists and Power BI reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with project management.
• 2+ years of experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, including building a project schedule from baseline.
• Experience creating executive-level documentation, reports, white papers, and briefings.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Support planning through execution for high-visibility programs with disciplined coordination.
• Coordinate with site POCs to manage customer engagement and communications.
• Send kickoff invitations, facilitate kickoffs, update decks, run MRRs, and maintain artifacts.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, engineers, and stakeholders to track progress.
• Leverage SharePoint and Power BI to keep complex efforts organized and moving forward.
