Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for Global Transportation and Trade Compliance Operations. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage requirements, budgets and schedules, and use Power BI to drive insights and improvements.

The role focuses on reducing risks, delivering on time, and optimizing transportation and trade processes. This is a hybrid office position with strong growth opportunities in a global tech distributor.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in global transportation and trade compliance or similar.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables that adhere to budgets and schedules.
• Expertise leveraging Power BI for business intelligence and data visualization.
• Experience with enterprise software tools such as Oracle EBS and WMS is preferred.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Jira to develop and maintain schedules.

Responsibilities

• Leads project teams by influence, planning and driving projects that will improve the efficiency and quality of transportation and trade compliance processes.
• Manage projects from requirements definition through deployment, including developing, defining, prioritizing and executing project plans, schedules, tasks, issues, budgets and deliverables
• Review and analyze complex, integrated project data to provide status updates, insights, conclusions and actionable recommendations.
• Help identify project risks and clearly communicate them with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Work with project team to determine which deliverables are critical to the success of the project and prioritize accordingly
• Schedule and lead team meetings, draft agendas, and capture and distribute meeting minutes.
• Write reports and give presentations to advise management of project status, risk tradeoffs and progress.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing global logistics and trade compliance operations projects with a focus on continuous process improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of project management experience in global transportation and trade compliance or similar.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables that adhere to budgets and schedules
• Expertise utilizing business intelligence and data visualization software such as Power BI.
• Experience planning and managing requirements, budgets and vendors engagements to achieve project goals and deliverable measurable business value.
• Experience with enterprise software tools such as Oracle EBS and WMS preferred
• Expertise leveraging project management software, such as MS Project or Jira, to develop and maintain detailed project schedules that meet stated objectives associated with cost, schedule and specifications.

• Excellent written and verbal skills. Must clearly communicate with team members, clients, vendors, and senior management regarding technical details and projects status.

Work Arrangement:

This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) and 2 days per week from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$121,300.00 - $150,150.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
