Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is recruiting for a Project coordination role that is remote with an onsite schedule. The position supports the client management team by handling Open Enrollment orders, tracking, and reporting, with work routed through Asana and OMR.

The ideal candidate will assist in researching employee counts, coordinating item fulfillment, and providing timely updates to the relationship management team. Monday–Friday, onsite hours, with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Open Enrollment projects.
• Ability to track orders and item fulfillment.
• Familiarity with reporting on enrollment activity.
• Researching employee counts for clients.

Responsibilities

• Review submitted orders for print and giveaway items.
• Submit requests for items in OMR.
• Update tracking for each requested item.
• Answer questions about ordered items from RM team.
• Support enroller requests in Asana with cost estimates.
• Move requests in Asana from requested to approved to completed.
• Assist in reporting monthly fulfillment.
