Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking a JIRA Consultant in Fremont, CA for hybrid work with onsite 3 days a week. You will plan, execute, and track projects end-to-end, applying Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as needed.

Responsibilities include building project plans, milestone tracking, status reporting, and executive updates, while coordinating across onshore and offshore teams to manage risks and dependencies. Jira/MS Project experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, MS Project and similar tools.
• Ability to apply Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies depending on project needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and track projects end-to-end including scope, timeline, budget, resources and risk.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dashboards, and status reports for executives.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams and manage dependencies and blockers.

Role - JIRA Consultant

Project Planning & Delivery Plan, execute, and track projects end-to-end, including scope, timeline, budget, resources, and risk. Build and maintain project plans, milestone tracking, and status reporting, including RAG status, dashboards, and executive updates. Apply Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies based on project needs. Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Risk, Resource & Dependency Management Proactively identify project risks, issues, and blockers and drive resolution. Manage resource planning and allocation, including coordination across onshore and offshore teams. Use project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar platforms to support project execution and tracking
