Job summary

American Heart Association is seeking a Project Coordinator in the Quality, Outcome Research, & Analytics (QORA) department. This full-time, grant-funded role supports implementation science initiatives through coordination, stakeholder engagement, and program administration.

The position is home-based with resources for training and career development. Current funding expires 6/30/2028 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Administrative and/or project coordination experience.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet timelines.
• Administrative expertise with clerical/data management responsibilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate internally and externally.
• Ability to coordinate, plan and implement corporate events, both in-person and digital.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of initiatives, including scheduling meetings and events, managing agendas, notes, action items, and documentation.
• Develop, input, and maintain information in CRM and event-specific software.
• Handle financial tasks, including paying invoices and processing expenses.
• Support virtual and in-person meeting logistics and technology, including Learning Collaborative activities and events.
• Coordinate communications and onboarding for participating health systems, including orientation materials.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status/site reports, dashboards, and updates.
• Assist with development and dissemination of program materials and resources, maintain SharePoint files.
