• Experience with project documentation, reports, and status summaries.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and milestones using ProCore.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and status summaries.
• Research and apply for utility rebates per project and region.
• Transfer data in Excel to create new workbooks while preserving data integrity.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of activities.
• Support the project management team and other staff as needed.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
