Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; 0–3 years related experience in project coordination or glass/aluminum environment.
• Must be able to multi-task, be organized, efficient, and accurate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with team daily and provides required information about jobsite production orders and planning.
• Communicates effectively to ensure on-time delivery and inventory control.
• Enter project quotes and documents into system within 24 hours.
• Provide quotes with disclaimers for special product conditions and availability.
• Acquire special project pricing from vendors on high-volume requests.
• Maintain knowledge through training and professional publications.
• Provide inter-company price quotations and ensure purchase orders align.
• Coordinate information with Plant Manager for timely production and delivery.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
