Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist in the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timelines and documentation are kept on track.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and manage project details efficiently. Responsibilities include supporting Project Managers, maintaining schedules, and preparing documentation. Experience in construction or engineering is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supports construction, facilities, or engineering projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination.
• Maintain project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate communication between teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor project budgets and invoices.
• Prepare project documentation including contracts and RFIs.
