Star Construction LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee project-related operations and ensure timely completion per customer and industry specs. The role involves organizing documentation, coordinating tasks, and maintaining project files across physical and electronic formats.

You will support management, maintain customer contacts, and help ensure stakeholder buy-in while identifying potential issues early and tracking changes for accurate billing and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Develop, maintain and update project documentation.
• Manage various program tasks as assigned by management.
• Develop and maintain effective and complete project files (physical and/or electronic).
• Obtain project specific information by maintaining customer contact.
• Assist the management team to ensure stakeholder notification and buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Set up new projects.
• Pro-actively identify and resolve potential design and permit issues before they become problems.
• Track project changes and scheduling delays and document impacts.
• Assist the management team to minimize return site visits.
• Ensure revenue is properly billed and reported.
• Utilize reports with KPIs to monitor project health.
