Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education/work experience.

• Ability to work independently, follow direction, and exercise professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support interdepartmental collaboration and coordination across the organization.
• Coordinate external collaboration: meetings, site visits, inbox management, and requests for assistance.
• Prepare agendas, meeting materials, reports, and provide technical support for meetings.
• Compile information for internal reporting, funder updates, and stakeholder presentations.
• Oversee referrals, incident reporting, and grievance protocols per guidelines.
• Assist with implementation efforts for Behavioral Health investments per timelines.
• Collect, organize, and maintain program information and documentation from community partners.
• Maintain organized project records, notes, and action logs; track follow-ups.
