Verdantas LLC is seeking a Project Controls Specialist II to support the Project Manager in a remote California role. You will maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and generate status reports using MS Project, Excel, and other document control systems.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years in data analysis or project controls, and strong communication skills with proficiency in Power BI and Vantagepoint. Join a people-first firm powering environmental solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong analytical capabilities.
• 1–3 years of data analysis or project controls experience.
• Experience using MS Project, Power BI and scheduling tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Request and process project status updates from Project Managers.
• Create project summaries and schedule variance reports.
• Generate project and portfolio level reports for stakeholders.
• Submit, download, and update forms in document control systems.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using relevant tools.
• Update schedules with guidance from Project Managers.
