GEM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Project Controls Planner to join our Los Alamos team. This full-time role supports N3B with integrated schedule management, EVMS compliance, and cost control in a remote-capable environment with annual site visits to Los Alamos, NM.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree, 10+ years of relevant experience, US citizenship, and DOE EM FAR Tier 1 contract exposure within the last 24 months, with strong Primavera P6 skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship due to federal work requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government clearance if needed.
• Experience with EVMS requirements and earned value analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project controls resource for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support CAMs, PMs, and field staff through data analysis and reporting.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) with cross-functional integration.
• Monitor resource-loaded schedules to ensure EVMS compliance and status reporting.
• Prepare and present project cost/schedule performance analyses to senior management.
• Assist with baselining, change proposals, and cost estimating activities.
