Job summary

CEI in New Orleans seeks a seasoned Project Controls Manager to drive governance and controls across large technology programs. You will own cost, schedule, issues, and risk reporting, partnering with leaders to ensure consistency and reliable performance metrics.

You will implement standard PMO practices, oversee multiple workstreams, and provide executive-ready status updates. A Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in project controls are expected, with PMP/Primavera certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project controls experience in technology projects.
• Scheduling expertise with Primavera or MS Project.
• Strong cost control fundamentals and earned value concepts.
• Risk management with mitigation planning.
• SDLC experience across Waterfall and Agile.
• PMO governance experience.
• Experience producing leadership performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls activities across technology programs.
• Establish and maintain governance standards and operating guides.
• Oversee cost, scheduling, and PMO operations for workstreams.
• Review status reporting and estimates at completion.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation planning and tracking.
• Provide executive-ready reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support work intake and workload management across the team.
