Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project controls for technology projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/ MIS or equivalent.
• Strong scheduling, cost control and risk mgmt fundamentals.
• Solid PMO understanding and HR compliance knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project controllers, schedulers and analysts.
• Oversee cost control, scheduling and PMO operations for IT programs.
• Monitor project performance, prepare reports and metrics.
• Ensure Stage Gate Process alignment and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to mitigate risks and issues.
