Job summary

QC Servion seeks a seasoned Project Controls Manager to join its Program Management Office, supporting cost management, schedule performance, forecasting, and controls across data center and mission-critical programs. This role will serve across multiple entities, delivering reliable data, forecasts, and disciplined controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, Business, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, cost engineering, or capital project delivery.
• Experience with data center, infrastructure, utility, or large-scale capital projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost forecasting, performance measurement, change management, risk management, and program reporting.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure schedules reflect scope, milestones, dependencies, procurement, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor schedule performance and identify delays, risks, and impacts.
• Partner with project teams to understand schedule drivers and recovery opportunities.
• Support phase-gate reviews, readiness assessments, and project mobilization activities.
• Maintain change logs and ensure changes are incorporated into forecasts.
