Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking a Project Control Manager to lead the Master Project Schedule within the PMO for a child support modernization program. You will own IMS, govern scheduling, risk management, and reporting, working closely with the Project Manager and project team to align plans with objectives.

This individual contributor role requires 7–10+ years in project controls, expertise with IMS, WBS, MS Project, and experience across vendor and stakeholder coordination, Agile/Hybrid or Waterfall

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
• Ability to coordinate across vendors and stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and govern the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across all project workstreams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) aligned with approved scope and deliverables.
• Consolidate schedules from multiple teams into a unified program schedule.
• Identify and manage task, milestone, resource, and dependency relationships.
• Perform critical path analysis and schedule forecasting.
• Establish schedule baselines and governance processes.
• Develop executive dashboards and status reports.
