Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Project Control Manager to own the Integrated Master Schedule across multiple workstreams within a child support modernization program. You will govern schedule planning, forecasting, risk and change control, and reporting to leadership.

You will collaborate with project managers and staff to ensure milestones, dependencies and deliverables are integrated and aligned with approved objectives, while driving improvements in project controls processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project controls or PMO.
• Experience developing and managing IMS for large programs.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and govern the IMS across all project workstreams.
• Develop dashboards and status reports for executive guidance.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers to manage dependencies and risks.
