Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Project Control Manager to lead the Master Schedule for a complex modernization program within the PMO. You will govern the IMS, align milestones across vendors, and ensure integration with project objectives.

This is an individual contributor role with critical oversight across multiple teams. Responsibilities include risk management, change control, forecasting, and executive reporting to support on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience in project controls, PMO, scheduling, or program management.
• Experience developing IMS, WBS, schedule baselines, and dependency management.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and govern the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Consolidate schedules into a unified program schedule.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, and scope controls.
• Provide executive dashboards, status reports, and metrics.
