Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Project Control Manager in the United States to own the Integrated Master Schedule for a large child support modernization program. You will govern schedule, manage resources, forecast performance, and drive risk and change control with executive reporting.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager, project teams, and vendors to consolidate plans, ensure dependencies are tracked, and baselines are maintained, enabling on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and govern the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Consolidate schedules from multiple teams into a unified program schedule.
• Identify and manage task, milestone, resource, and dependency relationships.
• Perform critical path analysis and schedule forecasting.
• Establish and maintain schedule baselines and governance processes.
• Monitor project performance against baselines (schedule, scope, budget).
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and status reports.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, and scope controls.
• Coordinate governance meetings and ensure documentation is maintained.
