Job summary

QC Servion, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to join the Program Management Office, supporting cost management, schedule performance, forecasting, and controls across data center, infrastructure, utility and mission-critical programs.

This role provides shared services across the QC Ecosystem, ensuring reliable data, realistic forecasts, and disciplined controls. It emphasizes connecting cost, schedule, risk, and execution data into insights for proactive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, Business, or a related field.
• 5–10+ years of experience in project controls, scheduling, cost engineering, or related areas.
• Experience supporting data center, infrastructure, utility, energy, or large-scale capital projects.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost forecasting, performance measurement, change management, risk management, and program reporting.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and performance metrics.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) including CPI, SPI, EAC, and variance analysis.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, and cost forecasting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify delays, risks, and impacts.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Develop forecast-at-completion projections and communicate financial impacts of changes.
• Maintain risk registers and support risk management processes.
• Produce weekly, monthly, and executive-level reporting packages.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
