Job summary

QC Servion, LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive day-to-day execution of large-scale data center programs across the QC Ecosystem. You will coordinate across ecosystem entities, partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and issues resolved before impacting delivery.

The role sits at the intersection of program planning, execution, and coordination, supporting opportunities from proposal through mobilization and kickoff.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of program or project management experience in data center development, construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, or EPC/capital delivery environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects, vendors, consultants, contractors, or delivery partners within a single program.
• Strong understanding of program execution, schedule management, risk management, and phase-gate readiness processes.
• Experience supporting programs from planning through mobilization, execution, and closeout; ability to make decisions with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day execution against master program schedules and phase-gate milestones.
• Coordinate activities across ecosystem entities, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between the PMO and teams executing work in the field.
• Facilitate working sessions that keep projects aligned, risks visible, and decisions moving forward.
• Monitor program performance and identify potential impacts to schedule, scope, and delivery.
• Maintain accountability for action items, commitments, and program deliverables.
• Support the transition of new opportunities from proposal development through program kickoff.
• Track milestones to ensure readiness for execution.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies during planning and mobilization.
