Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Controls Specialist to join our Data Center development team.

You will provide an effective cost and commercial management process across the North America portfolio of projects, collaborating with the North America Commercial Director and Project Team Commercial Managers to ensure all financial processes run smoothly from inception to completion.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years in mission-critical construction project delivery.
• Budgeting, accounting, and cost control proficiency.

• Lead Financial Oversight: manage cost and commercial processes and align forecasts with funding and month-end/year-end close.
• Drive Change Control: evaluate budget revisions, review invoices, flag risks and changes.
• Ensure Governance & Compliance: contribute SME input for governance and training materials and ensure project adherence to standards.
