Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a seasoned Real Estate & Facilities Financial professional to lead cost oversight and governance for mission-critical projects. This role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring close-out activities align with funding and invoicing cycles.

You will drive change control, partner with stakeholders, and contribute SME guidance on governance, training materials, and compliance across programs within a global organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years delivering mission-critical construction projects in corporate real estate or military settings.
• Strong budgeting, accounting, and use of cost control systems (Oracle, Tririga, Google Live Sheets).
• Proven leadership, stakeholder influence, and independent work style.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP or P.E. is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight: create and manage cost and commercial processes aligned with funding and month-end close.
• Drive change control: evaluate budget revisions, review invoices, flag risks promptly.
• Ensure governance & compliance: contribute SME input to governance/training materials and standards.
