Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Controls Specialist to join our Data Center development team. You will be responsible for providing an effective cost and commercial management process and reporting mechanism across the North America portfolio of projects.

You will work closely with the North America Commercial Director and Project Team Commercial Managers to ensure all financial processes run smoothly from project inception to completion.

Qualifications

• 57 7 years of experience delivering mission-critical construction projects.
• Experience in corporate real estate or military settings.
• Proficiency in budgeting, accounting, cost-control systems.
• Bachelor7s degree; PMP or P.E. certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight across the North America portfolio.
