Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated seeks a Project Controls Specialist to oversee cost and commercial management across its North America data center portfolio. You will partner with Commercial Directors and project teams to keep forecasts aligned with funding, billings, and close-out activities.

You will drive change control, scrutinize budget revisions, invoices, and emerging risks, while contributing SME-level governance and training content to ensure projects meet standards and regulatory

Qualifications

• 5–7 years delivering mission-critical construction projects.
• Proficiency in budgeting, accounting, and cost control systems such as Oracle, Tririga, or Google Live Sheets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Finance/Business; PMP or P.E. certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Oversight: develop and manage cost and commercial processes for NA portfolio.
• Drive Change Control: evaluate budget revisions, review invoices, flag risks or changes.
• Ensure Governance & Compliance: SME on governance/training materials and ensure projects stay within standards.
