Job summary

DKMRBH Inc. seeks a Senior Control-M Engineer to design, implement, and maintain multi-site scheduling infrastructures. You will install and patch Control-M servers, orchestrate workloads, and ensure security and compliance across on-prem and CoLo environments.

You will lead modernization efforts, automate workflows with APIs, and mentor junior engineers while providing on-call support for 24/7 operations in a demanding financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 0-9+ years of relevant IT engineering/infrastructure/workload automation experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Control-M administration and multi-environment orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch Control-M across multi-site environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain job workflows and security configuration.
• Perform health checks and ensure compliance with enterprise standards and audit/security requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network issues impacting scheduling infrastructure.
• Lead modernization initiatives including automation-first approaches and jobs-as-code.
